European label 375mL RdG. For the .info, still absolutely lovely, nose like a jar of jam and a tartness that felt right in line with actual raspberries. But with a touch of funk to help one remember it is lambic. Happy Zwanze Eve!

Thanks to Gru owners and my hosts for two nights, this was my first Cantillon on Zwanze Day this year, enjoyed with them on their terrace. Damn right it was a good day.🥰🍾

Bought at the brewery in Belgium, stored in the US, and shipped to Indonesia for enjoyment. Taste is great. Aroma is distinct and maybe the most different.it was attempting to push it's way past the cork, but no major loss is apparent.

Bday brew #1. Smellin Swedish berries and solid woody funk. Sharp sourness, crisp and metallic upfront. Pickeled rasp notes come in, quite juicy! Final layer of tobacco, funk, and rasp seed bitters. Dry, refreshing finish. Kettle sours can get fucked.

Le côté vieillissement en barrique a vraiment pris le dessus sur le fruit mais sans accentuer l’acidité. On est sûr de très fines bulles un peu champagne. Une nouvelle forme de kir royal parfait !

On tire trop sur le vin, j’ai vraiment pas trop apprécié. 🍷🥴 La 2019 est bien plus fruitée et agréable !

Det smager sgu bare fedt efter lidt over 5 år. Mere kompleks. Ret surt, lidt frugtigt og tart.
