Always a delish, definitely moar juicy/sweet profile compared to vinsanto, great drinking side to side, beauty 👌😋

Another banger compared to the previous batches. Way better than any other Plaisir. Balanced and clean. Full of soft sparkling wine and white wine taste, plus floral, plums, macerated grapes. Acidity maybe is low and lambic still has to risen completely.

Magnifique robe dorée, c’est assez jeune, pas hyper funk, le raisin est bien expressif, tout entier, avec la peau, un poil sucré, acidulé.. que c’est agréable !

A mix of plump, tangy & Sauternes like grapes roughly chopped & some oak barrel character on the nose; tangy grape & rich sultana taste, bright lactic acidity & soft brett funk; then grape skin tannin dries the palate; grape flesh & quince/lime jelly end.

Gros stock chez Elena. Pizza Camp pop up. Faisait longtemps j’avais pas eu de date avec Bruno. Vraiment belle bière, délicate, goûteuse. 60$ vraiment fair.

That’s pretty darn good. Mix of 9 grapes leaves it a little sweet but not in a bad way, makes it very drinkable
