4.3 - b1 was better. Strong lemony, honey-ey notes. Mb even medicinal - almost strepsils-like. Apples, pears. Minimal carbonation. Very soapy. Acetic hit also quite strong. A bit of saltwater.

Straight out of the bottling line: no carbonation yet and lots of residual sugar, no funk, very good grape juice ! Can’t wait to try it once refermented, thanks Florian

Bue directement en sortir d'embouteillage. C'est un gros jus de raisin. Évidemment, ça doit viellir parce que là, c'est pas encore au top. Haha

Jus de raisin, plat on sent pas mal l'apport de la peau du raisin, c'est cool à tester mais ça sera meilleur plus tard

Tasted just off the bottling line. Powerful blue cheese nose, vinous taste, unsurprisingly still sweet.
