Had ik hier maar een bruschetta met zelfgemaakte tapenade van zongedroogde tomaat, zwarte olijven en kappertjes met een verse burata en een beetje olijfolie bij. Helaas, het mag niet baten.

Riktigt fin, tydlig syra och mycket funkt samt enormt mycket aprikos! Torr, lite hint av äpple.

Excellente, évolutive comme énoncé sur l'étiquette. Le côté Lambic prend un peu plus de présence après quelques minutes d'aération. A découvrir !
