A bit too much like wine for me, but it is a cool hybrid.

Bright apple/citrus vinous notes, musty funk and touch acetic on the finish. Still one of my fav 🍇 lambics that I’ve had.

Surprisingly drinkable, less sour than expected. Nice, like unripe peaches

Fresh draft vig, good amount of the grape with some subtle funk building in it.

zwanze backlog - funk, apples, banging hard fresh

Tantalizing nipples and nudges of funk that rolls on with some apple and light wet woody barn notes. The soft palate of skins and slices of apple that finishes so nice with a citrus squeeze. Relaxing evening with my friend Glen

Drum skin, duck butt style tight. Funky like Bleu cheese and feet hybrid.

How does a person quantify this? I’ve always felt like Lamvinus and Vigneronne are the pinnacle of the art-form. Nestled in at the top somewhere between Hommage and Alexander. This can only be a 5, if this isn’t a 5 what could possibly deserve the honour?
