ビオニエのヴィネロン。今回のは少し野性味を感じ、しっかりとした酸味。チリのビオニエのワインと飲み比べると確かにビオニエの味なんだなあと納得。

Pours a light yellow colour forming a big white head with low retention and only few spotty lacings left. Nose is fruity and sour. Strong notes of apples pale malts and oak. Sour upfront taste. Notes of apples and sweet pale malts. Smooth. Great sour beer

Lucky store find! There's a lot of sweetness from the grapes, contrasted nicely with the acidity of the lambic. A bit boozy tasting. Very nice.
