刚开瓶时明显的酵母臭味，单宁感明显，明显的皮革，下方藏着一些葡萄的味道。回温后，酵母臭逐渐减弱，莓果和葡萄上淡淡的花香，类似玫瑰的香气和味道。收尾明显的山楂、山楂条的味道，很舒服。

Shared. Really vinous. Subtle acidity too, I’d be rating higher if I hadn’t had their other grape lambics

IIRC, over a decade ago this was only 5%. I think the added warmth works well with the wine notes. Not their best wine mix though. Not as funky as most either… hope it pairs okay with the Turkey and stuffing!

酒体圆润，很喜欢这个不透明的紫红色。一点点沙口感，收口干净，没什么强烈的菌味。酒液回温之后，在口腔里停滞一段时间，有中等的葡萄皮的涩感。总的来说好喝，4.3。
