Outstanding profile. Extremely rich. Sulfitic, tannic, layered. Red wine/red grapes. A lil' acetone. Medium aggressiveness. Funky, moldy, musty. Leathery. Bretta. A brief sweetness. Low-medium bodied, silky, crispy/spritzy. Easy. Elegant. Rustic, robust.

Confirm impression of a few months ago. Beautiful vinous flavor reminding southern Côtes du Rhône wines that add astringency to the wine that somehow balanced the tartness of lambic.

Volle smaak van druiven, lekker licht wrang. Zurigheid is minimaal, maar wel droog en sappig. Verfijnd van smaak met een lichte bessen zurigheid in de afdronk. Blij dat ik deze fles niet hoef te delen.

Tuoksuu marjaisan happamalle viinille. Alkuun kirpakan hapan, viinimarjaisa, joka pehmenee yllättävästi rypäleiseksi. Pehmeä, funkahtava, punaviininen jälkimaku. Elegantti.
