Not my favorite. Surprisingly enjoying the wine pairing better. Needs a little more acidity, creamy floral note that I am not a huge fan of. Love the label, though. 3.9

LCI - Bottled Jan 22nd 2022. Second bottle since the first one that was opened was corked! It was just as good as when we had it a while back. Loved it…again!

Pretty and complex, has a strong vinous quality and a good herbaceous crunch. Chestnut barrels round out this excellent lambic
