Reaffirming my preference for drinking fruited lambic fresh. Especially when they are already this balanced while young, no need to wait for any crazy tartness to mellow out. Lovely fresh raspberries, and honestly prefer it over the cheesiness of aged

Light, sharp raspberry nose with undertones of an almost candy sweetness. Really light raspberry sweetness with candy notes. Very different on draft than in bottle, a lot more fresh fruit undertones present.

Enjoying a nice fresh on cantillon. Nice treat for me. Thanks Tony K. For the recommendation. Enjoying this raspberry spritzy lambic on draft. Deep fruity red berry and it’s superb! This one definitely stands out for me.

Tart raspberry, boiled sweets, floral notes, bitterness, subtle funk and sourness. Very acidic.

Bottled on April. Fantastic color. Fresh and light raspberry. Floral. A little bit herbal.

You can't go wrong with Cantillion. This was my baseline for Estonian gose tasting. Also...I haven't had the 2023 offering, yet. So here I am... double dipping.
