LCI. Een traktatie van zuur en rood fruit. Zo perfect gebalanceerd, het rode fruit neemt niet de overhand en is op de achtergrond mooi aanwezig. Een fris zuurtje met minimaal koolzuur.

Ruby red in the pour, head fades fast. Main body of red grape, without the tannins, hint of spice and fennel. I can see prunes on the horizon but not very prominent. Smooth creamy mouthfeel on the finish

Big pink head that fades to surface lacing in a few minutes. Massive waxy berry and herbs on the nose (fennel, thanks, Choo), and the palate is explosively fruity with currant / cranberry vibes (I’ve never had honeysuckle) and hints of fennel and spice.
