Older than you'd expect, maybe you'll have to drink it asap but it's just a really extreme but interesting druiven. Grapes and tears all covered in citrus, oranges, some cardboard. 4.35. Thanks Daniele!!

Très beau nez funky et sur le raisin. Un bon mouthfeel, c'est légèrement astringent et ça devient plus acide au deuxième service. Génial de goûter avec un peu d'âge dans le corps!

Faded fruit, wet basement funk. Second pour with a bit of air Is more enjoyable.

TBT. At In de Verzekering tegen de Grote Dorst on Easter Sunday. One of the best beer experiences of my life was being at this legendary bar on Easter sipping lambic with locals. Nice vintage with strong cantillon house funk, oak, and grapes.

Oldest lambic I’ve had so far and it did not disappoint. Had some mild mold on the cork but didn’t affect the flavor. Sharp but paired wonderfully with an Italian dinner. If only I could hold onto my other bottles for this long
