Batch bien cool. Pomme confite et raisin avec un peu d'étable, de tonneau et d'acidité. Pairing moules/frites qui passe bien 👌.

Another excellent blend. Woody and corky in the nose, smooth acidity on the tongue similar to white wine and grapes. Suits the sunny weather.

Quite a low acidity, nice funky notes... pretty sure an aged one will be even nicer
