a stomach full of waffles, strawberries, and whipped cream was this all a dream? the city of Brussels surrounded us, but not a sprout to be found when we hit Cantillon, there was magical brew abound

Yeah, it's a young cantillon Geuze, so it's what you woulf expect. Still pretty sweet, not a lot of character yet. Good to have a bottle in the cellar for the future 😉
