Digg med 6 år gammel gueuze! Hvitvin, eple, fersken, sitron, eik, vanilje, funk, barnyard, horseblanket, og en hint av ost, blant annet.

Clean, tart, oak, smooth sour taste. Moderately acidic.

Very nice - I’ve always liked classic gueuze just a skosh more than the Bio. Maybe it’s in my head, but I just feel like the funk profile is a bit more full and assertive. Thanks for sharing Jeff R.
