Red on red. Vinous, tannic, grapes and grapefruit marriage. Tart and tannic again on finish. Such a bloody persistency. Intense a lot on the grapes part, maybe it covers lambic a bit. Deep floral and spiciness under surface. Brilliant. 4.60

I did enjoyed a bit more the last we had in spring at La Fruitiere. Maybe this is because there’s all these D’Aunis and so it goes way different with having it alone. But the vinous/lambic hybrid is consistent and superior.

A little more acid than drogone, stone fruit, red fruits, Not that vinous. I love it!

4.4 Kopke boven vergeleken met de 3F. Vol, heel droog en kruidig. Wel kleine yogurt nasmaak, maar steekt niet tegen.

Mocno waniliowe, smietankowe, takie biale owocki, albedo, skorkowosc, piwnicy i dzikosci malo, ale winogronka robia robote, 4,4, s: kwasne mocno, lekka stajnia, drewno i piwnica, ale przede wszystkim owocki, winogorna, skorkowosc, pyszka, 4,3 overall.
