Een oude fles die onder het stof zit, rechtstreeks vanuit de kelder. Nog steeds vrij zuur, had hem zelf wat zachter verwacht.

So acidic before it opened up. Definitely decant these, if possible. Some time to breathe really made it more balanced with the funk. Still plenty of fruit, too. More of a dry finish than I typically would associate with RdG.

Much less fruit, cork was a mess, still amazing but perhaps a bit past her prime. Still always a treat.

Overly acidic. Little raspberry. Stored upright in fridge for a while and wet cork. My bad.

Bad cork but bottle was still good. But past its prime.

2013/2014 side by side. 2014 is fruitiger, scherp frambozen randje, nog mooi in de koolzuur.

Just shy of 9 years old. Better than the last bottle I opened about a year ago. Lively carbonation, acidity balances more with the funk as it opens up. Fruit is still there. 4.4

Aged 10yrs. Beautifully funky, earthy and ripe raspberry notes with a smooth mouthfeel. Very funky and depth in flavour. Finishes dry with a lingering astringent finish. Pretty well aged and delicious! Thanks Ian!

Almost 10 years old, (bd. 15 December 2014). Fruit still lively, little funk and no vinegar whatsoever! Yumm.

Mellowed out. Zachte frambozen vibes. Sweety sourness. Fruit uit de neus en oren. Go to spul, sowieso.
