Pra mim, tupiniquim, foi uma verdadeira aula. Acidez predominante no aroma, mas não no paladar que ficou balanceado com malte (mel) e fruta. Levemente acre, adstringente e efeverscente com espuma de baixa retenção. Show de breja pra entender o estilo!!

Mm alez to jest wzorowe, wielkiej klasy, cudownie zbalansowane zjawisko. Żadnych cimcirimci dodatków, prostota i precyzja, dla takich lambików można poświęcić marzenia o abstynencji. 4.4 jak nic

This is the still version, not sparkling. Quite nice. Nice rounded edges, not too funky. Soft. Wine like. Grape skins. Have been wanting to come to seven seasons for awhile - does not disappoint . Great bottle selection

So clean & delicate, yet so flavorful & complex. Upfront yeasty notes with subtle aromas of apple, grape must and oak supporting a moderate acidity. Vinous mouthfeel leading to a dry and short finish. Such a lovely classic!
