Blend of rhubarb with one- and two-year-old Lambics. Tangy and fruity taste. A slight astringency accentuates its subtlety and its end note. Blending the tart astringency of this plant with the drier acidity of the Lambic was an excellent move 4 Cantillon

Nice to find a solid Cantillion on tap in the sea of mediocre beer here in the UK ;) seems to be a great place. Busy on a Friday night

Complex Lambic but still with expected flavors that goes from punch to subtle. Never had Rhubarb, but seems not to have disturbed the regular Lambic notes, so a true match.

Smrodku nie ma, dużo świeżego kompotowego rabarbaru, kwaśniutkie, orzeźwiające.

Heel rabarber, dus daar moet je wel aan zijn, maar lekker zacht. Latergram, dus geen uitgebreide review.

Nose showcasing a vibrant presence of fresh rhubarb, intertwined with the classic earthy, funky characteristic of Cantillon’s lambics. Also picking up subtle notes of citrus n green apples. Palettewise, it delivers a beautifully balanced tartness...

Ik kan nog weinig zeggen over de ingrediënten dit jaar, want ik ben blijkbaar pas de tweede inchecker. Wrang, maar ook fris. Het heeft iets van abrikoos, maar of dat het ook is?

Nath paired with Bittersweet chocolate range. Pretty good pairings with rhubarb-y and raspberry-y lambic.

Rabarber all the way. Ik hou d’r van. Zuurtje is geslaagd. Niet overdreven complex. Maar ook niet onderdreven.

Delicious rhubarb balancing out the tartness, with some earthy depth in the finish
