Cantillon at OH, Beer Week is here! Always delicious. This year's keg is considerably acidic in the back with quite a bite and even a burn on the linger. Nose is delightful apricot; big, semi underripe, and fuzzy. Palate has a good somewhat retrained too

Fresh Fou is always $$$$$$. Bottled 8.16.23. Prickly stone fruit, briney under-funk, kiss of oak. Gonna crush a dangerous amount of lambic during the next week or so. Yuh.

Jest tylko still... Nie jest to wybitny rocznik, pewnie za swiezy albocos? Jakas mleczna nitka w nim i ciezszy troszke niz zazwyczaj. Acz oczywiscie nadal pyszka

Still need to settle. Smells and taste like apricot purée and jam. Some lactic too, like yoghurt. Fine, but need time properly. Nice check tho.
