Yum yum! Not really sharp in acidity. But strong apricot smell and taste. Maybe increased sweetness than last year’s. But still one of my favorite apricot lambic

Supper mahlane ja mõnus, hapukus ja hape on heas tasakaalus, aprikoos on tugev. Üks paremaid Fou-sid, mida saanud olen.

Œil : orangé, col fin. Nez : abricots frais, légères notes de pêches, douceur. Bouche : abricots, noyaux, acidité agréable, sèche. Longueur sur les abricots.

N: fresh ripe peach, bit jammy, lemon whey, parmesan rind, bretty gentle smokey funk. M: wonderfully balanced, medium fruity, complex.

Better than last year, this is a superb lambic. Not too tart, gorgeous flavour with a slightly dry edge. An almost perfect example of this type of beer.
