Very complex - smells like sherry, tastes like a barleywine... then with that trademark funky aftertaste. Very impressive albeit not my favourite

Sweet, honey, oakey, fruity and boozy.

Snodig sak. Søt og fruktig, litt ropey muligens. Blir bedre etterhvert og passer godt med fersk gueze.

Costaud, bien riche, un peu sucrée et boisée, amère et terrasse sur la fin

See on päris halb. Väga alkoholine, metalne, palju puitu, väga mõru. Ebameeldivalt alkoholine. Rohkem oud bruin kui lambic. Toores.

Y ahora sí, fin de visita. Curiosa de probar, copazo de cognac. ¡Hasta la próxima Cantillon!

Sweet, heavy, alcohol forward, and hard to get through, but has a gloriously refined berry pear finish.

Loads of oak, hints of port, a bit gritty, completely flat, and a bit of a chore to get through but very interesting

A shit tonne of oak flavour (6 years in barrels will do that, I guess). Red wine flavours, almost hints of port. Still quite sour - wild ferment so I guess that's just what's in the air around here?
