Drinking beautifully - another highlight of the trip. Started off more tannic and dry, but after sitting in the glass for a bit, tremendous depth of berry (blackcurrant?) and wood flavours emerged. Low to medium sourness.

Thanks Paolo C., always one of the best expression of a druiven by Cantillon. Amazing tannins, cherries, vinous. Sourness is subtle but still present and more intense than previous vintages. Complex taste.

Much more centered than the one had at the Moeder during quintessence, this one is pretty sumptuous and elegant, but still some messy flavour, with a hint of acetic, comes out with warming. 4.3 should do.
