And it begins! Killer as always with GCB. Piney, oak, beeswax, funk, minerality... super long finish with a hint if bitterness, awesome.

It is still. As to be expected with this beer. It has some cantillon funk and oak. But also has a metallic taste.... Far from ideal

Scent of Apple cider. Super smooth like Apple juice, then spice hits you with a strong but Short p unch from the acid way waaay back in the mouth. Its like Brain freeze from icecream, you shudder and then you want more. Served with some hosta cheese

2011. Grapefruit! My brother describes it as “best case scenario ballsack”. Funky and a half. Juicy notes off no juice. Lost 70% of carbonation but phenomenal
