2015. Very well carbonated. Strong coffee flavor throughout from the strongest coffee in the world (Kopi Luwak) known as Weasel coffee. Deep bittersweet chocolate and hints of sweetness from the six different barrels. Held up very well. Thanks Ryan H!!!!

Not sure if it was infected or just kept fermenting in the bottle, but I lost half when I opened it. Lots of sugar stuck to the glass. Meh.

На послевкусие горчит. Но в целом аромат и вкус горького кофе неплохо выражен. Овсянка на втором плане.

Aged in 6 different kinds of barrels. Complex and yummy, and poured a wee bit chunky. Beer you can chew. For breakfast. Or any time of day.

A great beer that lacks coherent structure. The base beer is great with lots of dark coffee and smoky character. The barrel character is all over the place. You get some cherry, vanilla, and oak, but nothing unique to the unique spirits in the beer.

Lots of dark chocolate and well roasted coffee. Complex mix of barrels providing both spicy and sweet notes. 4.2

A lot of carbo after all these years but no infection. Gets better when warming up. Red fruits, chocolate, wood, vanilla, sherry, bourbon, whiskey, and some coffee.

2015 vintage - best in the threesome - aroma absent but more velvet mouthfeel with the barrell work still here with hint of roast & vanilla

Cap probably means it’s 2015, fridge cleaning, plenty of carb but nothing else to it. My fault for sitting on it so long (though does that cap say best by 2025?)
