Very fun beer right away from the sight and smell, pours like an ASBC with lower carb, nose is vinous, buttery, oak and funk, a decent amount of malt too, palate is lightly silky, lightly bitter, herbal, no sourness , soft, light malt and apple, different

Vinøs og tørr øl som seg hør og bør med Nelson S humle og et halvår på hvitvinsfat. Fataroma, nøtter og tørket frukt. Fullgodt alternativ til champis!

The most wine-like beer I’ve had. Sharp, zesty, citrus and gooseberry. As if it was a Sauvignon blanc from Marlborough, NZ. The balance is strangely what truly makes it special, with enough of a malt bill in there to make it beer and exceptional.

Funkier than my friends who had this in bottles 7 years ago - really nice and white wine vinous. Nelson is under it but not prominent. Such a treat.
