Galician Beer Taster - R. Riveiro
Aroma vinoso y asidrado. En boca, no demasiado agria, aunque con bastantes sabores brett, con bastantes toques a piel de limón, algo de dulzor que entra con madera de barrica, algo de humedad. Alcohol súper bien integrado. Muy rica.

happy new year! drinks like preserved lemons. would be more better-er with a food pairing - something to take the heat off.

Erg apart, beetje zurig en bubbelig, heeft veel weg van witte wijn maar met bubbels, fris droog en best sterk kwa alcohol

Not much flavor. Dry. Some caramel, like a light Belgian. Not good

I was expecting something bone-dry, and it didn’t deliver on that aspect. However, what we have instead is a sour but not acidic, fragrant and aromatic excellent… something.

Lekker zuurtje, smaak van de druif komt mooi uit, maar de nasmaak is wat wennen (druivepit?).
