Lovely soft fluffy fine moussed oaky white vine. “Pairs with decadent cheese”. Yes. Yes it does indeed. Too small a bottle.

Aged in [protected regional term for sparkling wine] barrels, and it's a mini masterpiece. Seriously, WTF is the average score about? Tons o' funk. Super bubbly; vinous acidity; oaky AF. Dry but easy-drinking. Akin to a gueuze/Champagne (oops) blend.

Nog een speciaaltje gevonden voor de tweede dag van Toer de Geuze @ Home, eerder subtiele toetsen van eik en de befaamde bubbelwijn, is wel heel droog, en wat zuurder dan de doorsnee Boon. Zou zeker niet misstaan in de Vat-reeks!
