Really really dry lambic, more raspberry than lemon notes. A nice sipper.

Lijkt eerst heel zoet maar verdwijnt bij het opwarmen, word heerlijk droog en funky met licht zuurtje. Mocht wel wat minder koolzuur zijn voor mij

Når jeg sammenligner den med belgiske øl så kommer den bare til kort. For skarp og kantet i smagen til at kunne mache andre Lambic

Lci Sunday. Disappointed, I have to say. The white grape and champagne/white wine fruit aroma was great, but not complex in aroma and especially in taste. Normal Boon OG is better.

Really enjoying this. Lemon and grapefruit, champagne and oak, a touch of white pepper, good dry tannic finish.
