Bellissimo il retrogusto amaro che contrasta con la dolcezza della vaniglia in apertura. A mio gusto, l’alcol rischia di sovrastare un po’ tutto.

Nose is heavy bourbon, vanilla, dark chocolate with some orange, coffee. Taste has the perfect amount of bourbon, choco syrup, espresso. Amazing mouthfeel and boozyness. I think the mouthfeel seperates this from most BA stouts. super

Bold nose of bourbon and huge roasted malts, espresso, burnt caramel, touch of dark stone fruits. On the palate, sweet and bold bourbon, oak, big roasty espresso, touch of dark stone fruits, followed by dark chocolates, some smoke, finishing with roasted.

Getting the bourbon whiskey and a bit of coffee; not so much the vanilla. Very boozy. Warming. Rick. Once it's degassed it's thick and fairly oily.

Stond maandenlang te wachten op “het juiste moment”. Dat is nu. En kijk, de gewone George is al vet intens. Maar dan nu: Imperial Oatmeal Stout With Coffee & Vanilla Aged In Bourbon Whiskey Barrels. Zóveel smaak en gelaagdheid! Echt een feestje.

30$. Весьма плотное для овсянки, но вкус ебически бомбовый! Бурбон и бочка поверхностные, но баланс и тона в гармонии. Вкусно, точно, приятненько.
