N: lots of Chardonnay (or is there some Nelson grapes too?), oaky sweet vanilla & spice, gentle booze, tartness is in the background. M: sweet grapes, musty, much gentle bitterness, not that dry. Completely underrated imo, so +0,25.

開栓したときのブドウの様な香りが最高！冷たい内は酸味があるが、温度が上がってくると酸味とブドウの香りが消えて、モルト？の甘いビールになっちゃう。冷たい内に飲むのがおすすめ。

Sehr trocken, kaum Restsüße. Leichte Zitrusnote und weißweinartige Säure. Hefegeschmack wie ein Champagner. Schmeckt schon besonders.

Schiuma esuberante, secchezza estrema. Un vero Champagne d'orzo, con tratti vinosi decisi sia dal luppolo che dalle botti: uva, polpa di arancia, fiori bianchi, un tocco di miele all'imbocco, legno e una leggera sourness. E poi una secchezza finale totale

Krasses Zeug. Man schmeckt die Lagerung im Weinfass und die Champagnerhefe. Dazu eine angenehme gut eingebundene Süße.

Bitter and citrusy. The barrel aging is evident. Quite dry. Delicious!

Such a complex taste of dry fruits with just a touch of bitter ending. Deep and dry body with great aroma.

A Belgian Wild Ale aged in Chardonnay barrels; it is rather vinous and dry, by it also has some bitterness and a hint of citrus. It is a really excellent beer.
