4.35 aged beautifully. Jammy blueberries, a little funky brett, tartness and a very controlled sourness. Delicate, yet powerful, yet quite crushable.

Very dry, very fruity, huge amount of blueberry, quite earthy, light herby flavour, super smashable for its abv

Proper sourness, dry, the barrel is there and the blueberry gets a stronger presence as the beer gets warmer.

Iets doet me denken aan zo'n rood fruit vlaai, vanille, klein zoetje…maar mooi zuur, flink fruitig, de blauwe bessen hoef je niet te zoeken 😋
