En succesfuld lambic. Minder lidt om et gammeldags arrangeret ægteskab. God syrlighed, en anelse tung på rødvins twistet, men er noget man efter et par tårer kommer til at elske.

Lyhyesti: kuivahkoa mustikkamehua. Ei juurikaan funkkia. Tynnyriä ei hirveästi erota, mutta lämmetessään pyöristää makua. Pullon pohjalta löytyi vähän täyteläisempää lientä. Hieman jäi odotukset täyttymättä.

Nose is very similar to the double: Jammy bloob, almost like blueberry pancake syrup. Palate is much nicer than the double: fruit and sour funk merge, and the fruit endured the whole way. Finish not as dry, and more flavorful.

Same jammy blueberry preserves on the nose, slightly more fragrant. Juicier, sweeter, the mouthfeel is far more substantial compared to the double.

Much darker and more tart than the double. Slight more complexity. Can taste more of the barrel in this one. Awesome

Как-то так вышло, что забыл зачекинить. Очень много ягод в аромате, во вкусе голубика в балансе с заметной кислинкой, в послевкусии появляется смородиновый лист и немного мяты

Hated the double just got an oak taste so not high hopes for this… 100x better presume dryness comes from oak taste the double had which this still has but this has way more blueberry and tarty sour flavours it has a acidic kick but this doesn't ruin it
