Man lærer mye her inne! Dette var Raymond Ø. sin sureste øl noen sinne, og Einar . drakk den sammen med han på den store ølsmakingen. Den smaker skikkelig av tindved og har deilig funky estere. Jeg likte den jeg og! Ha det!

Aroma of apricot, funk, hay, and oak. Taste follows aroma with acidity, funkiness, and light vinegar leading the way. Hints of tropical fruit. 2013. Late checkin.

Got handed a glass of this without any idea what it was other than a beer. Came off really strong at first, sweet syrupy aroma, which made the tart dry taste a bit of a surprise. Grew on me, tart fruity, wild, fresh and strong. It’s good.

This is sooooo funky. I think that makes sense for a lambic? Not for me

Ikke den bedste spontangæret øl i verden, men stadig ganske lækker!

This beer is so complex I don’t know where to start.

7/3/8/3/3.8 2012 vintage. Sour musty salt water, figs, and oaky berries. Perhaps a little past its prime. Cloudy caramel base releases waves of chocolate, seaweed, and salt water. Tart salty vinegar finish. Distinctive and sharp profile. Excellent.

Smells weird, tastes good. Really yummy, definitely not session able though

Smells ultra funky and briney, thankfully the flavor is far better than the smell

Lots of salty sweet fruit. Very hard to drink. Not for me.

Lõhnab magusalt, maitseb hapult. Kui lasta hingata, siis tuleb ka astelpaju.

Can't say I love the smell. Very metallic. Vegetal/salty flavour which is pretty nice though.

Salt, let besk frugtighed fra bærrene, jod? Ok interessant men også lidt mærkelig

Despite being a big fan of Mikkeller I steered away from this for a while. I regret that. It’s really good. Bitter, sour, acidic, challenging...there’s almost citrus-like notes. Slightly skin-y backend. Personally I love it.

It’s been along time since I’ve had a Mikkeller beer and boy have I missed them. The nose on this so tart but has this floral earthiness about it, the flavour is just as tart but mellows out with this complex sweetness at the end. Flavour roller coaster!
