Ik ben geen kenner van de stijl. Sour is niet mijn ding. Maar als je deze een half uurtje onaangeroerd in het glas laat staan wordt de zurigheid handelbaar. En klokt ie lkkr weg. De Citra en dry hopping zijn goede vondsten. Prima zomerbiertje.

Denk je een dryhopped te pakken; is het een sour. Tegenvaller dacht ik. Maar toch goed te drinken !

LCI. Post Feyenoord finale troost biertje. Lekker in het zuur, wat tart. Wel een paracetamol nasmaak, die ik echt niet aangenaam vind.

Pleasant nose... Vinous mouth feel and bitter berry finish.... must be the citra and lambic combo. Thanks C R.

Seems to be less acidic than the American sours for me a bit more drinkable then the last few American sours I have had

Even niet gezien dat dit de Spontandryhop was. Verrassing dat ie zuur was dus :-) Wel lekker verfrissend

Sour and tart and quite dry. Goes down nicely as you progress through the drink

Dried apricots and candied orange peel. Little bit of grassy lime Citra kick.

Funky, sour and hugely bitter. This things packed with grapefruit, lemon and lime, it then develops into an earthy bitterness which is an interesting combination. Classic Mikkeller magic really 🤫🍺

A lot more funk than the Mosaic. Super dry with an interesting herbal tart finish. As always, yum. Cheers for tracking down the bargain Michael H.
