May Have lost a bit, since it was brewed in 2016. Still enjoyed as it was accompanied by the first meal that The Jilllsey has ever made.

Fruity sour aroma. Musky taste, intensely bitter flavor probably from the yeast, but in defense of the beer, I've had it for at least a year.

Exploded in my face like a facial at the Hungarian beer bar in Budapest. Drenched and desirous to shove it down my throat. I still drank it with Frank. He wasn't mad at it.

After visiting Alaska many times I can picture having this with some smoked salmon or halibut on a cold day in Haines by the bay. Great citrus, zest and wild year flavors. Excellent beer!

Honestly don’t know how to rate this. It’s really interesting, not what I was expecting, at first sip I didn’t love it, but the more I drink it, the more it grows on me.

Oh my! Soft tart notes, lovely floral flavor throughout, subtle hints of sweetness, beautiful lacing, burnt orange pour. Funky floral bouquet with BIG effervescence.

Again with the forgotten bottles from the cellar 😅 2015? 2016? I think the second. Between 3.75 and 4, I'll go with a 3.9 (3.88 🤣). The ipa at the base can still be tasted, bitterness is present and intertwined with the rest, floral, citrusy. Good.

Been in my cellar for like more than a year, got from Max's cellar sale so who knows how old. Cork shot off on it's own as soon as I loosened the cage. Tastes like it's been alive for 5 years. Dry and bandaidy
