Batch 1. Heavy blanket, rubber but in a fun way. Not sad and tragic like the tire factory.

Honestly don’t know how to rate this. It’s really interesting, not what I was expecting, at first sip I didn’t love it, but the more I drink it, the more it grows on me.

Fruity sour aroma. Musky taste, intensely bitter flavor probably from the yeast, but in defense of the beer, I've had it for at least a year.

Exploded in my face like a facial at the Hungarian beer bar in Budapest. Drenched and desirous to shove it down my throat. I still drank it with Frank. He wasn't mad at it.

2013. Collaboration with Anchorage Brewing & Mikkeller. Brewed & Bottled by Anchorage Brewing. Very dry and hoppy at end. Share with Ryan

Shared with my daughters. Met with varying opinions. It’s a nice sour ale with tons of body and taste.

Light and refreshing. Not as much funk as expected in a wild and dry. Pretty color.

2014 bottle. Cork was ready to go, almost took an eye out. Brett bomb, don't drink if you don't like barnyard.

Hauska brettainen eväs kylmiön perukoilta. Batch #2/2016. Vieläkin hyvää. Jos siis tästä kellarimaisesta pieruisuudesta pitää. Ja minähän pidän.

Otroligt häftig! Lagrad sen 2016. Och den 2019? Hos mamma o pappa! Vinig lång lagring. Inte sur utan bara massa massa funk!

May Have lost a bit, since it was brewed in 2016. Still enjoyed as it was accompanied by the first meal that The Jilllsey has ever made.

Again with the forgotten bottles from the cellar 😅 2015? 2016? I think the second. Between 3.75 and 4, I'll go with a 3.9 (3.88 🤣). The ipa at the base can still be tasted, bitterness is present and intertwined with the rest, floral, citrusy. Good.
