Wow, this reminds me of waffle crisp cereal. lol Quite sweet with a lot of maple and some spice. Definitely not one I could drink more than 12oz at a time.

Smells boozy and mapley, tastes as good as it smells, definetely a scotch ale.

Its the black one… tasty but not as good as 903 or Lakewood’s French toast brew. Syrupy indeed.

You can taste egg and maple syrup amazing and you would never guess this beer is an 11%

French toast notes throughout on this one. A sipper for sure. Bought this one chilled. That said it actually had a fuller flavor profile as it came down to room temp.

Wonderful. Delicious. Like tossing syrup and French toast into a blender and drinking it. Really nailed the vanilla-maple balance. I swear it’s that vanilla powder in it.

Founders never seems to fail.. this barrel aged Scotch Ale is like French toast in liquid form. The maple trails at the backend and you pick up the subtle vanilla and cinnamon notes. Definitely boozy and very sweet (syrupy)..a sipper. Worthy of a try

This is a well balance beer with maple and cinnamon. That did this one right.
