My very last one. 2019 CBS. Drinking wonderfully. Figured my first ever Father’s Day would be a solid time to crack open some Michigan goodies I’ve been hanging onto for a little while now. Glad I did. Booze burn is gone, nice rich chocolaty dessert.

Been saving this one for a few years and decided today was a beautiful day to crack it. Holds up well to aging. Rich chocolate with maple and subtle barrel. Accompanied by the sound of Cuyahoga falls and mist.

Super gelagert, zuletzt vor 3 Jahren getrunken. Angedickte Konsistenz, Ahornsirup, nussig,, kaffeeartig, schokoladig, ölige Konsistenz, die Lagerung von 3Jahren taten dem Bier gut.

Dark espresso, as clean and intense as it comes on the KBS, but adding that delightful maple touch. Dark choc and coffee notes remain the main focus here, maple adds a layer and an extra balance to that darl bitterness. A classic, so rich and balanced.

Maple-vanilla nose, not overly strong. Roasty, maple. Just a little boozy heat… noticable, not a negative.

My..my..my. Found this soldier hiding in the beer fridge. Just as good in 2022 as it was when bottled in2019. Foamy head and that barrel aged taste. Founders please bring CBS back.

Aged well, 2019 year! Very flavorful on all fronts. I like it, must be my Canadian ancestry coming through the maple flavor! C'est la vie mon ami!
