Rich dark chocolate, roasty coffee beans, sweet maple, toasted oak with notes of caramel and vanilla. Finishes with a smooth hit of bourbon. This is a fantastic beer and it's gotten better with age. Breaks my heart it's not made anymore.

Rating change from 5.0 to 4.8 more a reflection of my current palate than beer or vintage.

Chocolate and maple sugar. Surprisingly light body and light carbonation

Roble, caramelo, whiskey. Sedosa. Una espuma densa y duradera. Una pasada

Been aging this for a couple years. Figured my 40th birthday was a good occasion to break it out.

Sharing with Shelby. Thanks Don for drinking all beers on the face of the earth, reviewing and helping us make up our mind.

Was now or never to open it. I would pay a ridiculous amount of money for another one of these. One of the bigger beers ive tried. Super full body and insanely rich with chocolate and a subtle note of maple. When to open the 2018 release?

Cool find on tap. I hear the owner is a big beer nerd. Kudos!

The last of my CBS stock... 😢. But oh so good and fitting for an evening by the fire pit!

Sharing my last bottle of this 2019 with my sis-in-law! This is an all-time top 5 for me.

CBS was the first (and one of very few) beer I was truly jealous of others getting to have without me (hi Denny B. And Kevin C. ). Drinking what may be my last one seems like the end of an era. Thanks Alex S. For the hookup on this.

The Fusilli Jerry. Another classic! First appearance of Puddy. Kramer makes Jerry a pasta statue out of fusilli "because you're silly". George tries to learn "the Move". Elaine needs "the Move". And of course, Kramer gets a new license plate!

Compared to the 18 there is a lot more maple sweetness, and it’s smoother and not as boozy as the 17. I like this one the best of the three offered today. Super sad it’s not in production anymore. I may have to come back for this one again.

Cracked a bottle to compare to “He Who Walks Among Monsters”. Aging has mellowed out the maple making it less sweet and made it very smooth.
