Neat to try these side by side. Maple has mostly worn off but the bourbon holds strong. Cant decide which i enjoy more; some of the delicate toffee notes get covered by the barrel aging.

Mellow nose. Light maple notes. Incredible smoothness. Slight hoppiness is notable, but it’s definitely not prominent. Caramelly goodness. No heat to it at all.. super dangerous, you could drink this all day long.

Tobacco had really come out to play, maple and bourbon is still strong, such well concealed booze, I can’t imagine this will improve past this point so but I’ll never know for sure as this is my last bottle…..
