Holding up well. Cleaning out the beer stash. Still tons of coffee, feel the bourbon has mellowed.

Brought up some KBS from the cellar to share with friends. Pleasant evening, delicious beers. If you have a 2019, drink it now. Still great, but probably just past its prime. Booziest of the bunch.

Been sitting on this one for a while. Velvety smooth, mildly creamy medium body, roasted coffee and dark chocolate, slight bourbon. Not as boozy as expected.

2019. Continued to mellow with age. Still an oaky backbone with a bit of bourbon bite and coffee.

Saved this one over from residency and finally opened it a couple days before we move. Holds up really well after 5 years. Chocolate, coffee and barrel.

Brought this bottle back to its ancestral homeland to be consumed… it’s held up pretty well, the coffee is barely there but the chocolate is nice and there’s some roastiness remaining with the barrel.

Noce dark roasty coffee, dark chocolate, and moderate barrel influence remains. A bit thin. Still really good for the near 5 year age.
