Muito amadeirado, tanto aroma quanto sabor. Bourbon e baunilha em primeiro plano. Frutas secas, coco, baunilha novamente. 5 anos depois, a oxidação não prejudicou. Ainda bem!

Impecável. Maravilhosa. Redondinha. Cinco anos de guarda… Throwback total em 2018 quando tomei ela pela primeira vez - e que reafirmo foi a mais marcante experiência etílica até hoje -, isso está um absurdo de bem feito e a guarda deixou lindinha demais

Apparently I didn't check this vintage in some how lol. Not sure where those bottles went but regardless this has aged beautifully in my "cellar" and is smooth and sweet with a hint of oxidation. Truly a sublime beer.

Tonight's closer. Stellar scotch ale, thinned out some, but a classic and still packs great flavor.

A 3/20/18 bottle, I love how well this ages. So smooth, Bourbon creaminess, one of my favorite brews.

Deep mahogany, carbonated, thin beige/tan layer of head. Peaty, malty scotch ale with notes of smoke, vanilla, oak. Along with chocolate? Faint notesdark fruit (raisin, plum), sticky lacing Perfect in this cold snap. Drinking very well. CHEERS, UNTAPPERS!

Aged another year. Wonderful nose. Very mellow and tasty. Has kept its carbonation. This has aged amazingly.

This is a sumptuous BA Scotch ale/wee heavy and best enjoyed with wee sips. It's boozy, malty, caramel, butterscotch, earthy, woody, subtle blackcurrant and figs, well balanced bourbon notes floating without boasting.
