After aging for 2 years, it tastes a little more boozy, the coffee and chocolate is starting to fade.

Last of the four-pack. Definitely seems a bit more mellow, with the chocolate faded and some caramel and bourbon coming through. Though the booze is a bit more muted as well.

Just cracked open a case in the cellar and it’s aging well. Chocolate and bourbon on the nose, chocolate and coffee is strong, more bitter finish than I expected. But a few more years and that will mellow.

Revendo este clássico atemporal. Nesta ocasião se mostrou bem mais agressiva em olfato e paladar. Bourbon é a estrela aqui, café e chocolate amargo coadjuvantes. Abv transparece ao final, sem incomodar. Impressionou! 4.5+

This has aged nicely. The roastiness is there with nice chocolate and booze on the nose. The booze has a subsided and has rounded into a smooth, balanced imperial stout. Feel like time did this guy well.

Came into it's own. Nice and smooth, flavors are the best they'll get for the 2018 batch. Barrel is present and heavy, but still lets coffee and chocolate come through.
