5 year vintage. Coffee comes thru surprisingly well given the age. Some chocolate and bourbon. A very nice beer

Cellared for 5 years. Seems to have lost most of the chocolate and coffee flavors, and gained some bitterness that I don't remember.

Toujours aussi bon. C'est bien rond, chocolaté, malté et vanillé. Le café est bien équilibré. Le bois apporte un peu de tanins.

Barrel is gone. Tastes mostly of coffee grounds but not in a horrible way.

Too much coffee for my taste. Otherwise quite fresh and vivid with moderate hop character and roastyness.

Good stuff. Having this after CBS, so the KBS seems more bitter. Nice coffee and some maple. Thanks, Josh!

Did a vertical of the 2017 and 2018. Both held up well in spite of improper cellaring temps at one point. 2018 was a bit more boozy, especially while still cold. Not as much chocolate as 2017 and slightly lighter bodied. Still was quite enjoyable!
