The coffee has really come alive! Coffee forward with a dark chocolate finish. I consider this optimally aged.

Definitely enjoying the aged versions of the beers more than current ones. Bourbon fades and all flavors start to shine.

This killer is now on draft at CBU. Been sitting on this keg for 2 years. Awesome boozy stout. Play nice and I'll bring in a newer keg to compare side-by-side.
