This aged really really well. Still getting coffee. Super mellow.

Last of the four-pack. Definitely seems a bit more mellow, with the chocolate faded and some caramel and bourbon coming through. Though the booze is a bit more muted as well.

After aging for 2 years, it tastes a little more boozy, the coffee and chocolate is starting to fade.

Phasing out my KBS verticals because honestly...I have access to better stouts from breweries I feel better supporting. This beer isn’t half as good as their regular imperial stout both fresh and with 2+ years of careful aging. I’ll remember it as it was.

Pulled this 2018 from the cellar. It mellowed a lot, I think I like it less than fresh.
