Really thin, borderline watery, no barrel. Not how I remember this beer at all.

This one did not age gracefully. Low barrel, faded yet still pretty strong coffee.

Mixes with a 2017 A bit thin, flavors were flat but still a drinkable and tasty beer

This has a little more profile and depth. I’d say that 5 years in the cellar remains too long too.

That's a good one. The bourbon smell what hits you first and then in the finish. It's potent.

KBS vertical night. This one is pretty darn good (for someone who doesn't like coffee)! One of my favorites thus far!

Additional coronavirus cellar turd. Thankfully, have almost drained the cellar of KBS. This newer vintage sucks more than most.

Phasing out my KBS verticals because honestly...I have access to better stouts from breweries I feel better supporting. This beer isn’t half as good as their regular imperial stout both fresh and with 2+ years of careful aging. I’ll remember it as it was.

Did not hold up with age at all. Nose was like a Belgian dark — all plum and date and brown sugar. Not a ton of barrel character left. Zero coffee. Don’t let these sit for three years...

Bardziej wyróżniający się od Hard Rocka z Pracowni, ale to wyróżnienie poszło w fasolę. Rozczarowanie trochę, bo po legendzie spodziewałem się więcej
