The perfect Brown Ale. Espresso, earthy and nutty malt flavors, boozy as hell, and a bittersweet chocolate finish...and my wife knocks it over and spills half 🤦♂️. RIP

Ruikt naar donkere chocolade, wat koffie, en bourbon. Smaak ook dit alles. Licht mondgevoel, maar toch vol en heel smooth. Lange afdronk.

This is so good! Definitely thick. Tastes like coffee. Wouldn’t even know it’s a 12%. Love it

As I’m about to finish this bottle, I turned to Untappd to upgrade whatever insufficient grade I had given the beer in the past. Oh, 4.5. Yeah, that’s accurate. Just so smooth, roasty, boozy and just sweet enough to feel indulgent.

Mighty brown ale, rather a porter with cinnamon and clear bourbonny influences. Better than the original

It's pretty tasty for a brown ale and the barrel is nice too. Nitro was a nice perk.

After opening you literally smell the coffee, as if it is a cold espresso! Love that! Surprisingly light brown ale, with caramel, chocolate undertones and a nice bourbon cask twang. Slightly more coffee than the 2019, as I remember.

Incredible! The amount of flavours in this one. Coffee hits you immediately with a good load of chocolate. Followed by a bourbon and barrel hint. Loads more going on, but be honest, sampling is more important than writing 😊

Sweet caramel & hints of nutty chocolate, kinda dank, with a pleasant bourbon kick. Lovely.
