Great fudge choc notes, with a maple coffee chaser and barrel finish. A lot of flavor.

Surprised to come across this today. The maple is subtle with an emphasis on the fudge. Slightly thin but doesn’t take away from the overall experience. Perfect for the season.

Not a ton of maple or heat and for me isn’t close to CBS. It’s fine and has some decent deep chocolate to it, but it’s just not in the same ballpark as the base KBS from past years or the recently 86’ed CBS

I keep checking this in hoping Founders will get the message and make it yearly. I’ll be damned if that isn’t one of the tastiest beers I’ve had. It’s like some kind of mocha-chocolate-maple-coffee candy. If this were a candle I’d burn it in my house. 🤣

Could smell fudge from the glass when it was put on table. Definite fudge taste. 😋

This is one of the top imperials I’ve had without a doubt. Taste like straight fudge. It’s kinda scary that it’s 11%.

Rich chocolate flavors. Roasty coffee and sweet maple notes. Warm bourbon throughout. Creamy dense body. Loving this variant.

too much hype. a good sweet BBA stout. a bit too sweet for me. tastes of maple & coffee. some will love it... a bit pricey

Susan made deep dish. We enjoyed a fantastic addition to KBS lineup. Right up there with CBS. Coffee, chocolate, maple...it has it all.

Holy schnikes, this beer is bangin! Aroma is straight up fresh-baked fudge. I get coffee on the flavor but not so much on the nose. Bourbon finish but quite smooth. I am totally picking up what they are putting down in this beer.
